Massage Therapy
Therapeutic Massage is used for stress reduction and to promote general relaxation, to improve circulation and range of motion, and to relieve muscle tension and chronic pain. Therapeutic massage uses a system of long gliding strokes on the more superficial layers of muscle to improve blood flow to the soft tissue, mixed with a more penetrating level of body work that goes deeper in to the layers of muscle and connective tissue where chronic pain, aches, and fatigue are trapped. Each layer of muscle is relaxed in order to reach a deeper layer.
